This 45-minute Transform Coaching Session is built for professionals and leaders seeking lasting, purpose-driven growth. It provides the space and structure to explore your mindset, values, and direction with clarity and intention, then turn that insight into meaningful, sustained action. Each session combines reflection, practical strategy, and structured frameworks to help you strengthen self-awareness, refine decision-making, and lead with greater confidence and purpose. You will leave with tools and next steps tailored to your goals, along with reflection practices to support continued growth between sessions. Transform Coaching Sessions are redeemable as part of your Transform Plan (10 sessions), which offers the time and depth needed for significant personal or professional evolution. Once your plan is active, you can book your 45-minute sessions here at your own pace within the six-month window.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the session being forfeited and considered used, with no refund or credit issued. We reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion in cases of emergency. If you do not attend a scheduled session and did not cancel or reschedule (a “no-show”), the session will be marked as completed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show at the discretion of your assigned coach. In any case, if you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. In the rare event that we must cancel a session, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
