A 45-minute session designed for deeper, long-term growth. This is where the focus shifts from immediate action or consistency to meaningful transformation in how you think, decide, and lead. We go beyond surface-level goals to examine underlying patterns, assumptions, and drivers shaping your decisions and direction. From there, we align your actions with what actually matters, professionally and personally. Each session balances reflection and strategy, helping you make more intentional decisions while building the resilience and clarity needed for sustained change. You’ll leave with deeper insight, aligned priorities, and practical ways to apply that thinking in your day-to-day life and leadership. Best suited for those ready to invest in long-term growth, redefine direction, or make significant personal or professional shifts. Available as part of the Transform coaching plan (10 sessions) for deeper, sustained development over time.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the session being forfeited and considered used, with no refund or credit issued. We reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion in cases of emergency. If you do not attend a scheduled session and did not cancel or reschedule (a “no-show”), the session will be marked as completed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show at the discretion of your assigned coach. In any case, if you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. In the rare event that we must cancel a session, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
