Refund Policy

At Jumpstart Coaching, we’re committed to delivering meaningful coaching experiences rooted in trust, clarity, and personal growth. Because coaching is a personalized service, refunds are guided by the terms of each engagement and handled with care.

Individual Coaching Agreements

All coaching engagements are governed by a signed agreement, which outlines:

  • Session schedule and delivery terms

  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies

  • Refund eligibility based on mutually agreed terms

Please refer to your coaching agreement for details specific to your engagement.

General Refund Guidelines

Unless otherwise specified in your contract:

  • Unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable, as value has already been delivered.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of that session.

To request a refund or discuss a billing issue, please email:

  • Your full name

  • The email used for your coaching account

  • A brief explanation of your request

We aim to respond within 3 business days.
 

Our Commitment

We believe coaching should feel aligned and supportive. If something isn’t working, we welcome a transparent conversation to adjust the process, pause the engagement, or consider a fair resolution.
