At Jumpstart Coaching, we’re committed to delivering meaningful coaching experiences rooted in trust, clarity, and personal growth. Because coaching is a personalized service, refunds are guided by the terms of each engagement and handled with care.
Individual Coaching Agreements
All coaching engagements are governed by a signed agreement, which outlines:

General Refund Guidelines
Unless otherwise specified in your contract:

Unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Completed sessions are non-refundable, as value has already been delivered.

No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of that session.
