A Bit About Me
My journey to coaching began in a joint military task force. As an Army Sergeant and Combat Photographer, I witnessed firsthand as families found closure when teams I deployed with found and repatriated fallen service members for interment on US soil. That experience sparked a lifelong dedication to guiding people through transition and transformation—the core focus of my coaching practice.
Two+ decades later, I'm still moved by the impact of empathy, shifts in perspective, and an attentive ear. It has led to me traveling the world: from Germany, to Ukraine, to Tunisia and beyond. I've grown so much with each step forward I've taken and with each unique soul I've encountered. I bring all those experiences to bear to my coaching sessions. It's really brings meaning to my life's journey.

I lead workshops on leadership development, communication, and teaming for a "Big 4" Accounting firm. I focus on wellbeing and servant leadership and coach individuals and teams on purpose and vision, career planning and goal setting.
I ran the trainer pools for a couple of startups in Germany, built content for adult educators, and sourced and upskilled trainers for corporate training projects.
I led a team of trainer recruiters while also running the corporate training program I built from the ground up for an international training and coaching company based in Berlin, Cologne, Paris and Chicago.
